We, the undersigned residents, object to the proposed 24-hour Adult Gaming Centre opposite a local school, as it would undermine the Gambling Act 2005 licensing objectives by increasing risks to children and vulnerable people, introducing late-night anti-social behaviour and crime into an area that is not part of a 24-hour shopping environment, and failing to demonstrate how a round-the-clock gambling venue can operate safely and responsibly in this location.
